This is a warning concerning a scam I recently ran into called Noveou tech. I was approached by a man that apperead to be homelss with a large book that was titled Noveou  tech or something like that. He claimed the book held secrets that only the "illuminates" know(super wealthy). Short story short i declined the offer and went home and researched it , it was a scam. there were over hits on google that refered to it as a scam . Always looking out, PEACE.
